Serves 12
Simple and good! Made with only 5 clean, whole food ingredients and they’re “almost raw”, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no-bake, paleo-friendly and contain no refined sugar.
Ingredients
- For the Chocolate Bottom
- 1/2 Cup Naturally More Probiotic Almond Butter
- 2 Tablespoons organic maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons organic coconut oil
- 2 Tablespoons organic raw cacao powder
- For the Almond Butter Top
- 1/2 Cup Naturally More Almond Butter with Probiotics
- 2 Tablespoons organic maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons organic coconut oil
- For the Topping
- 1/4 Cup organic sweet cacao nibs
Instructions
- For the Chocolate Bottom: Add all ingredients for the chocolate bottoms to a small bowl and stir until everything is well combined and creamy and smooth.
- Using a spoon, fill half of a mini muffin cup with the mixture. Set aside.
- For the Almond Butter Top: Add all the ingredients for the almond butter tops to a small bowl and stir until everything is well combined and cream and smooth.
- Using a spoon, fil the remaining half of a mini muffin cup with the mixture.
- Optional: sprinkle the tops with sweet cacao nibs.
- Place in the freezer for approximately 30 - 60 minutes, or until they harden.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve because they will become soft and lose their shape if left out at room temperature. Enjoy!
