- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup raw honey
- ½ cup Naturally More Roasted Almond Butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until combined.
- Roll into 1” balls and place on parchment paper on cooking tray. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Best served cold. Enjoy this healthy burst of energy!
