  1. 2 tbsp. of Naturally More Peanut Butter with Extra Protein
  2. 1½ cups coffee in ice cube tray, frozen
  3. 2 tbsp. pumpkin, canned
  4. ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  5. ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  6. 1 tsp. brown sugar
  7. ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  8. 2 tbsp. whip cream
  1. 1dash cinnamon, caramel popcorn and chocolate truffle
  2. (optional)
  1. In a blender add coffee, pumpkin, vanilla, pumpkin spice, peanut butter, brown sugar and coconut milk, blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and top with whip cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon, caramel popcorn and a chocolate truffle if desired.
