Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Apple Nachos
Simple, sweet and yummy peanut butter and apple snack! Great for a healthy after work snack or school lunch boxes.

- 1 apple (any variety, but we like Granny Smith)
- 2-3 tablespoons Naturally More Roasted Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon all natural coconut flakes (like Bob’s Mill brand)
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tablespoon almonds
- Peel, core and slice the apple and arrange slices on a plate.
- Drizzle apple with peanut butter and top with remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
