Is it required to refrigerate any of the NaturallyMore Nut Butter products?

Our nut butters do not require refrigeration and tests prove that Naturally More products retain the same shelf life and the same nutritional value no matter how they are stored. However, since our nut butters are all natural, oil separation will occur over time and refrigeration will help prevent it.

What is the shelf life of NaturallyMore products?

Naturally More products have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing. You can find a “best by” date printed on the lid of each product.

What is the difference between the organic nut butter and non-organic brands?

All natural foods are plant and animal-based products that have not been chemically altered in any way. Organic products are foods that are grown, manufactured and distributed under strict guidelines defined by the USDA. They are free from chemical pesticides, fertilizers and preservatives. Our all natural Organic peanut butter is certified organic.

Why is there a layer of oil on top when I first open the lid?

Since Naturally More products are all natural and free from any preservatives, the oils separate naturally.  It is recommended that you stir the nut butter in the jar well, mixing in the oil, before each use. The product can be refrigerated for a firmer texture, but refrigeration is not necessary. For those who want to include it in a smoothie, use for cooking, drizzle on yogurt or frozen desserts, the unrefrigerated is perfect and best. And when you refrigerate it, it’s a perfect, spreadable texture to easily put on bread without tearing it.

Do all of your nut butters contain Probiotics?

Only the products labeled “with probiotics” include them.

I have a peanut allergy. Do your Roasted Almond or Chocolate Hazelnut butters contain any trace of peanuts?

The only products that contain peanuts are our Creamy and Crunchy Peanut Butters.  All our other nut butters are made in a separate facility and do not contain any trace of peanuts.
