  1. 2 tbsp. of Naturally More Peanut Butter with Extra Protein
  2. 1½ cups coffee in ice cube tray, frozen
  3. 2 tbsp. pumpkin, canned
  4. ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  5. ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  6. 1 tsp. brown sugar
  7. ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  8. 2 tbsp. whip cream
Toppings
  1. 1dash cinnamon, caramel popcorn and chocolate truffle
  2. (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a blender add coffee, pumpkin, vanilla, pumpkin spice, peanut butter, brown sugar and coconut milk, blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and top with whip cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon, caramel popcorn and a chocolate truffle if desired.

  1. 1 large egg
  2. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  3. 1/3 cup coconut oil
  4. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  5. 1/4 cup sour cream
  6. 1/4 cup Naturally More Organic Valencia Peanut Butter
  7. 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  8. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  12. 2 medium smashed bananas
  13. 1/2 cup-1 cup chopped granny smith apples
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with non stick coating.
  3. Mix wet ingredients together.
  4. Next mix dry ingredients.
  5. Mix wet and dry mixtures together.
  6. Fold in bananas and apples.
  7. Cook for 45 mintues, or until lightly browned.

  2. 1 cup rice cereal

  5. 1/2 cup honey

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl with spoon.
  2. Line 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Press mixture into dish.

  1. 2 cups all purpose flour

  3. ½ teaspoon salt

  11. 2 large eggs
  12. ¾ cup milk

Instructions
  1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice in bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine sugars and coconut oil in mixer. Add pumpkin puree, almond butter and eggs, mixing until just incorporated.
  3. Combine milk and lemon juice. Add flour mixture and milk/lemon juice to wet ingredients, stirring until all ingredients are mixed.
  4. Pour batter into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Curl up with a good book and enjoy!

Instructions

  1. 2 tbsp. Naturally More Extra Protein Peanut Butter
  2. 8 large Medjool dates, pitted
  3. 1 tbsp. hot water
  4. 1 tsp. coconut oil, melted
  5. 125 g dark chocolate
  6. Optional
  7. Garnish with crushed pistachios
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place pitted dates in a food processor and pulse until they start clumping together.
  3. Add 2 tbsp. Naturally More Extra Protein peanut butter, and 1 tbsp. hot water to the dates, and pulse a couple times until a paste is formed.
  4. Using clean hands, pour 1 tsp. melted butter or coconut oil over the date paste, and remove from food processor, forming a large ball.
  5. From the large ball of date paste, form 10-12 small balls with your hands, and place on prepared baking sheet, place in fridge or freezer for 30 mins to set.
  6. Using a double boiler, or a large metal or glass bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt the chocolate.
  7. Roll balls in chocolate, using 2 spoons to roll and to place back on parchment paper. Allow to harden for another 30 mins in the fridge or freezer.

  1. 2 tbsp. Naturally More Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  2. 2 tbsp. crushed hazelnuts
  3. ¾ cup corn flakes or Allbran flakes
  4. 150 g dark chocolate
Peanut Butter Glaze
  1. 2 tbsp. Naturally More Valencia Peanut Butter
  2. 1 tsp. coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a double boiler, or a large metal or glass bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt the chocolate, and remove from heat. Add the Naturally More chocolate hazelnut spread, crushed hazelnuts and stir, then mix in corn flakes, until coated.
  3. Spoon clusters onto prepared baking sheet and place in fridge or freezer to set for 30 mins.
  4. Melt peanut butter and coconut oil and drizzle on top of clusters, after they are set.

  1. ¼ cup Naturally More Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  2. 2 bags (500g) white chocolate chips
  3. ¼ cup dried cranberries
  4. ¼ cup hazelnuts
Instructions
  1. Over very low heat, melt white chocolate chips in a saucepan while
  2. stirring constantly to avoid burning the chocolate. Keep stirring until
  3. melted and remove from heat. You can also use a double broiler to melt
  4. the chocolate if you have one.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the melted
  5. white chocolate evenly.
  6. Heat up the chocolate hazelnut spread in a small saucepan and then
  7. swirl on top of the white chocolate. Drag the tip of a knife lengthwise
  8. through the bark to create ripples. Garnish with cranberries and
  9. hazelnuts.
  10. Set in the fridge or freezer to harden for about 1-2 hours. Break apart
  11. in smaller pieces, and enjoy!

Almond Butter Shortbread

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Naturally More Almond Butter
  2. ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  3. ½ cup icing sugar
  4. 1 tsp. almond extract
  5. 1 ½ cups white all-purpose flour
  6. ½ tsp salt (*omit if using salted butter)
  7. ¼ cup flour for rolling out
  8. Extra icing sugar for decoration
  9. Maraschino cherries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour and icing sugar and salt* and mix to combine.
  3. Cut in butter, almond butter and almond extract and mix well. You can use
  4. your hands as the dough does not come together as easily with a fork or
  5. spoon.
  6. Form dough into a ball and wrap in saran wrap. Place in fridge for 30 mins.
  7. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface with a rolling pin and extra
  8. flour to prevent sticking, to about ¼ inch thickness. Cut out with cookie
  9. cutters, or roll into balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes depending on the size, until golden brown on the
  11. bottoms.
  12. Place on cooling rack. Decorate with icing sugar and maraschino cherries
  13. once cooled.

Peanut Butter Pretzel Brownies

Crust
  1. 4 medium bananas, mashed
  2. 4 cups rolled oats
  3. ¾ cup Naturally More Valencia Peanut Butter, melted
Topping
  1. 2 tablespoons butter
  2. 4 cups mini marshmallows
  3. 1 cup chocolate chips
  4. 1/4 cup Naturally More Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  5. 3/4 cup pretzels crushed
  6. 12 large pretzels whole
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. For crust: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a saucepan melt peanut butter, until warm.
  4. In a medium bowl mix together mashed bananas, oats and peanut butter.
  5. Spread evenly on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, until semi-firm.
  6. For Topping: Melt butter in saucepan, add in mini marshmallows, stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat, keep warm.
  7. Stir in the chocolate chips, Naturally More Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, and the crushed pretzels.
  8. Pour evenly over crust.
  9. Press the reserved 12 whole pretzels into top of bars. Place in fridge to harden for 1 hour.
  10. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!

  1. Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry into thin rectangle.

Instructions
  1. For the Chocolate Bottom: Add all ingredients for the chocolate bottoms to a small bowl and stir until everything is well combined and creamy and smooth.

  1. 1 banana
  2. 3 tablespoons Naturally More Crunchy Peanut Butter
  3. 3 tablespoons chopped nuts (any variety)
  4. ¼ cup melted chocolate
Instructions
  1. Peel banana and cut it into 3 slices that will stand up. With a sharp knife, cut a piece out of the center of the banana, leaving a well in the top end. Of each banana segment.
  2. Dip opposite end of each piece of banana in melted chocolate and roll it in the chopped nuts. Place bananas on tray and refrigerate until set, or about 10 minutes
  3. Put peanut butter in a sealed plastic bag and and make a hole by cutting a corner off the bag. Squeeze peanut butter out of the hole into the center well in each piece of banana. Do a happy dance! It’s a healthy twist on a peanut butter cup!

  1. ¾ cup Naturally More Creamy Peanut Butter

  3. 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions
  1. Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, brown sugar and egg in bowl and mix for 3 minutes. Add vanilla and mix for 1 minute.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix for 4 minutes, or until combined.

  1. 3/4 cup Naturally More Peanut Butter with Extra Protein
  2. 1 1/2 tsp. peanut oil
  3. 4 cups (1/2-inch) peeled, cubed butternut squash
  4. 1 cup chopped onion
  5. 1 tbl minced garlic
  6. 1/2 tsp each salt, ground cumin, crushed red pepper
  7. 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  8. 4 cups of vegetable broth
  9. 2 tbl tomato paste
Instructions
  1. Heat peanut oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Add squash, onions, garlic and spices and sauté until onion is tender (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add broth, peanut butter and tomato paste, stirring well to combine. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered, 10 minutes or until squash is tender.
  4. Chill in fridge until cooled slightly and blend to puree.
  5. Re-heat when ready to eat.

  2. 1 cup of cooked brown rice
  3. 8 bib lettuce leafs
  4. 1 can (15-ounces) of black beans
  5. 1/2 orange bell pepper
  6. 1/4 cup corn
  7. 2 tablespoons red onion
  8. Spicy Almond Butter Sauce
  9. 2 tablespoons of Naturally More Almond Butter with Probiotics
  10. 2 tablespoons of coconut liquid amino (or soy sauce)
  11. 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  12. 1 tablespoon of coconut milk
  13. 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Cook brown rice, following package instructions.
  2. Next make your almond sauce by combing all sauce ingredients together in a bowl and whisking or mixing. This sauce is the same sauce as the Thai Almond Butter Sauce, we've just added hot sauce.
  3. Wash and pat dry lettuce leaves and then wash.
  4. Julienne bell pepper into thin strips.
  5. Fill your lettuce leaves with brown rice, black beans, corn, bell pepper and onion and top with almond butter sauce.

  1. 1 can (15-ounces) of chickpeas
  2. 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  3. 1 fresh lime
  4. 1 cup purple cabbage
  5. 1 red bell pepper
  6. 4 large carrots
  7. 1 cucumber
  8. 2 cups of cooked quinoa
  9. 2 tablespoons cilantro
Sauce Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons of almond butter (I used Naturally More Almond Butter)
  2. 2 tablespoons of coconut liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
  3. 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  4. 1 tablespoon of coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Add chickpeas to a pan with 1/2 a tablespoon of coconut oil and roast in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
  3. Next cook your quinoa following the package instructions.
  4. While your quinoa is cooking, wash and dice or julienne your vegetables.
  5. To make your sauce combine all sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix or whisk together.
  6. When your chickpeas have finished cooking, add everything into a bowl and top with thai almond butter sauce. Enjoy!
